+ -1 moreThey damaged my daughter's brand new sofa. It's not that they don't admit the they damaged the sofa but every time I call the customer service or the manager they always gave me the run around. Every time I call or leave a message to them they're not even call back. They also overcharged me for the service and they even come late. They don't even honor their estimates. They said it would be $150.00 per hour plus $75.00 for the truck and fuel. Then they overcharged us for over $1000.00 for a job that supposedly cost around 525.00 only for 3hrs of work. I was expecting them to at least get in touch with me for this but they're not doing anything.
Description of Work: Moving service from Laguna Woods California to Santa Monica California.
