We have used them many times and will do so again.

We have dealt with several HVAC companies while trying to fix our water source heat pump. Most of them were sent by a home repair insurance company. Only one of them was knowledgeable about water source heat pumps, although less than 100% honest in their pricing. That company fixed the problem on the A/C side of the heat pump, but not on the heating side. Finally, we called Morey, and we’re glad we did. Brian visited us three times (about two hours each time) to test out our system and zero in on the problem, the last time bringing a coworker. He was friendly and patient with our questions each time. Under Morey’s fee system, we paid them $125 for the initial diagnostic call. After the diagnosis, Brian quoted us $325 to fix the problem. Final cost: $425, $25 less than the quote. (They didn’t charge us even the diagnostic fee until they finished all the work.) More than six months later, I can say they definitively solved the problem for both the A/C and heating functions. Bryan also fixed some plumbing issues in our bathroom and kitchen, again in a professional manner and for a fair fee. Again, the problems they fixed, stay fixed. We found Bryan and Morey to be both honest and competent.

It was fine. They do pretty consistently good work. We used Bill Howe Plumbing for a while and then the problem was that their quality was just so inconsistent, we just couldn't keep using them. The main thing I like is that usually their techs are pretty good. They had a little bit of trouble about a year and a half ago with some staffing issues. They are a smaller company so it tends to be a little easier to get a hold of the same person I dealt with last time. With a bigger company like Bill Howe who we have been using in the course of a year to a year and a half, there are 20 different techs and half of them don't know anything. The main problem is Bill Howe would take people on who are not even apprentices and train them. Then you have somebody who is barely a journeyman training an apprentice, and neither of them really know anything. I would prefer at this point to find someone who is a little bit more expensive and a lot better. The difference between the $65 an hour plumber and the $75 an hour plumber is how much I have to pay to get that plumber to make sure he got the job right. I'd rather get the $75 an hour plumber. That is the problem we run into that was why we stopped using Bill Howe. Morey had gotten rid of a couple of their techs that were kind of messing up, and had gotten some other stuff back under control. I don't think they are the best plumber in the world. I am sure there is a better one out there, I haven't found one recently that I have used consistently. They are pretty easy to get a hold of. They are pretty professional. They know what to say and what not to say when they are talking to people who aren't us.

As I don't live nearby and wasn't sure of the exact situation I had asked them to keep me informed of their progress and findings. They apprised me of the various situations when they arrived and kept me informed of their progress. Consequentially the work was completed satisfactorily. Under the situation I couldn't ask for more.

They did fine and got the job done. They just did an average job.

They did a good job and their price was reasonable.

This is a rental and I live out of the area. I have relied on Morey several times in the past, without disapointment and will continue using them in the future.

They were very good. Another contractor had installed the wrong venting pipe. We had three different contractors come out, and they had the best solution. They saved us a lot of time. They gave us a more efficient, better energy usage unit. We are happy!

They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up everything from pulling the old unit out. They had several options to choose from and let me choose the options that I wanted.

The work was done on schedule and very, very neat. We had just refinished the hardwood floors and they used drop cloths without having to be asked to. All the debris, dust etc was cleaned up. The installation is absolutely first rate and the people doing the work were nice to deal with.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXPEDITIOUS WHEN I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. I NEEDED A SMALL PART AND THEY INSTALLED IT ON MY WATER HEATER. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND I WANT TO THANK THEM FOR THAT. THEY COULD HAVE SAID I NEED A NEW TANK AND I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE.
