It was about as smooth a process as it could be for a very big and messy job. Luis and his friendly & hardworking crew demolished the existing walkways at my 3 unit property, and removed a portion of the sidewalk & curb. After all the old concrete was hauled away he formed and poured new walkways, 2 new patios, a parking area, sidewalk, driveway, and concrete entry steps plus footings for landscape walls, planters, benches, and a mow-strip -- all finished with a combination of acid-wash and exposed aggregate finishes. While doing all this he worked with my landscaper to make sure irrigation sleeves were placed where need, and to ensure drainage for the yard & gutters; worked with me to choose wall caps and trim (which he later helped install); worked with the city to ensure the sidewalk and driveway were installed to their satisfaction -- and even came back 2 months later to apply final bit of asphalt coating that the city inspector requested at the end. I think the pictures tell the whole story, I'd definitely hire again.
