Contacts were clear and frequent to confirm work. Good price was quoted. Jason and his partner arrived promptly as arranged. Took their time and did not rush work. Gave excellent advice and ideas for f/u work. A glitch with paying the bill was only downside.

While we were at work a cap busted of an active water pipe and flooded our entire house. As you can imagine it was a very stressful and difficult time for my family. From the start I found Moniko Construction and Remodeling very professional. Oscar, my project manager, was very patient in going over expectations, materials, process, and answering any questions. I found Oscar’s team to be very professional, used quality materials, and the fit, finish, and overall quality was excellent. My place got dusty (to be expected) but otherwise they cleaned up after themselves. They stuck closely to a schedule and the entire project was done in just over one month. I would definitely work with Moniko Construction and Remodeling again.
