They do a nice job and show up on time. I've used them for years.

Good. I checked on their work while they were cleaning, but not as thorough as I would have liked. I should have had a list and checked off everything. A drawer or two wasn't cleaned, tops and bottoms of shelves, the floor and counter tops dried sticky. Little things that add up

Spring cleaning was very thorough and great attention to detail. I'm having them come back on a monthly basis I was so happy with the work they did.

They didn't do such a great job like you would want to really recommend them. They were okay.

We had thought that there was gonna be two people coming and three people came instead, and that other person was working just a little too fast for what we had things arranged because we were moving out of the place. So we would have been much better off with the two persons. In fact they had to come back later to do stuff. I didn't deal with them that much; my wife did more of that, so I can't really add that much. They seemed nice and everything and I think the work turned out pretty good. I wasn't there. It looked clean, so I thought it was clean. They were pretty responsive. Their punctuality was pretty good too.

They were fine. They were on time. It was good. There was no furniture so it was dusting, mopping, and cleaning out. It was what I asked for. It wasn't extraordinary or anything. It was fine. I had checked other prices. They were good about responsiveness. They were early.

I was very comfortable having the two ladies clean my home.  They worked hard cleaning every room including the bathrooms.  I was impressed the ladies also dusted the shutters, shelves, and counters, vacuumed and cleaned my wood floors and tiles in my living room and kitchen and cleaned all the mirrors in the bathroom.  The kitchen and the microwave looks great.  They worked well as a team.  I am very pleased and would like to have them come again.

House cleaning. They were punctual, polite and did a reasonably good job throughout. I had to call them back to the house to clean a glass door they missed. One of the crew broke a coat hook in a bathroom, but would not admit to it. I was offered a replacement by a supervisor later. The same crew member was somewhat rough with items in the kitchen, etc.

4 hours was not enough time to clean my entire 2000 sq ft house, however the team allowed me to prioritize areas to clean for a work party I was hosting.
My spanish is very limited, so Molly Maid's policy of always having one person on the service team speak english is very important for me (not necessarily "fluent" but enough to not struggle too much for communication.)
All bathrooms were cleaned top to bottom (including light bulbs), shelves dusted, furniture vacuumed or wiped down, kitchen sink and counters cleaned, carpets vacuumed and edged, and tile floors mopped. A supervisor came out to check up on the service and (at my request) provided me with an estimate for on-going weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. I chose bi-weekly and am still using the service 6 months later.
Early in my on-going service, I had a few small issues (inconsistent scheduling and a promised recurring service team that kept changing) that caused me to contact the local manager. He listened to my concerns and all problems were resolved by the next visit. The ONLY complaint my family has had is that their things on the bathroom counters are often not put back in the same place (a very small price to pay to have clean counters, in my view!)

The ladies, Martha and Karina, showed up on time and ready to work.  After a quick run down of what I needed done, they got to work and, now only did what I had requested, but did more.  Definitely would use them again.

Was given estimate 2 workers for 3-4 hours ~$250 ($42.50/hr/worker). Two workers arrived at ~ 2 pm. and a third arrived 15-20 minutes later.  They all finished at ~ 4 pm.  I was given a bill for $340 and indicated that was incorrect.  They did not speak English well so I called the number on the receipt.  Since I got a voice mail, I asked them if there was another number I could call and then gave me one for "Susanna".  After explaining my concern, she agreed that I was overcharged and lowered the amount to $298 based on the 2 workers saying they arrived at 1:50 pm and the third ~ 2:15pm and completion at 4:18 (current time as I spoke with her).  I disputed the arrival times and indicated they were done at ~ 4 pm and the 15 minutes they stayed while I tried to reach someone about the bill should not be part of the charges to me.  Eventually she agreed to $255 but I was very unhappy with the process.
