We discovered a bulge in the drywall on an outside wall. When the drywall was removed, there was mold on the drywall and insulation. A new patio with tile was outside the wall and the grout from the tile was in the drip screed on the outside stucco wall and may have prevented water from exiting the wall. Moe at Mold Safe Solutions proposed a solution. Moe and technician Josh used plastic sheets to isolate that area of the room. They then removed the drywall on the inside and the stucco on the outside. The wall framing and remaining drywall was left for 2 days to dry with fans blowing. Then technicians Josh and Angel replaced the drywall and stucco. They matched the paint and returned the wall to its original appearance.The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day so there was as little disruption as possible. Moe, Josh and Angel were professional, personable , and courteous throughout the process. They worked skillfully and efficiently to complete the job in as short a time as possible
