Gary Parker and his associate showed up on time, were dressed for the work, polite and well spoken.  I have a two story home and Gary washed the windows inside and out.  Some of the windows have applied plastic dividers glued to the glass and none of them was damaged.  In using a ladder when washing the upper story windows Gary's associate took care not to damage the rain gutters.  The window screens were removed without damage to any of them.  Gary removed his shoes upon entry to the house to wash the inside of the windows.  He was careful not to damage any furniture or other items inside the house.  He is a good conversationalist but that didn't interfere with his work and he completed the job on time.  I told him I needed to have the outside tile sidewalks power washed and at a nominal additional charge he fit that in while he was here.  After he completed the work he noticed an additional walkway.  He had already put his equipment away but came by early the next morning and power washed that walk and didn't even wake me up.  I'm very satisfied with the results.  My windows hadn't been washed outside in several years and I am truly amazed at the difference clean windows make.  I had employed Gary several years earlier and I will definitely call him again.
