They did what we asked.

I feel awful reporting this, MVP, closed their doors June 1.  Leaving me with an unfinished pool.  I how many others have unfinished pools?  In the beginning of our contract, they had the best customer service, communications and references.  Since Jan 1, the communication ceased and not once did they return my phone calls or emails.

Beware of this company. Their price is attractive but work quality and service is terrible. They keep their prices low by hiring the cheapest possible contractors who nearly all do a shoddy job with little or no supervision from MV pools. The result with my pool was that there were many mistakes and errors (pool wrong dimensions, equipment pipes in wrong place, air leaks into the pump, plaster covered in white deposits etc etc). On top of that, MV is reluctant to fix anything wrong...that is if you can get hold of them at all (they will do nothing to try and fix anything until you've called and complained many times). After nearly one year from signing the contract the pool still isn't finished and their are still many problems. I recommend only use this company if you want the simplest possible pool (less scope for mistakes) and your budget is a prime concern. Otherwise go elsewhere.

THE POOL TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY, HOWEVER, THE PROFESSIONALISM AND PUNCTUALITY OF THE COMPANY WAS BAD. THEY WOULD SAY THEY WERE COMING ON A SPECIFIC DAY AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND RARELY WERE THEY ON TIME IF THEY EVEN SHOWED UP ON THAT DAY AT ALL.

THE POOL AND SPA CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. THE JOB DID TAKE A LITTLE LONGER DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER AND SOUTHERN CA. FIRES. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS AND WOULD RECOMMENT THEM TO ALL.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB PUTTING IN THE POOL. I HAVE A VERY SMALL YARD AND THE DESIGN WAS PERFECT. IT CHANGED MY UNUSABLE SMALL YARD INTO A VERY FUN AREA AND THE POOL IS BEAUTIFUL. THEY ACTUALLY COMPLETED THE JOB BEFORE THE DEADLINE.

BIDDING WAS GREAT, DESIGN WAS GREAT, BUT HANDED OFF TO FOREMAN WHO NEVER CALLED US. WE CONSTANTLY HAD TO TRACK HIM DOWN. HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY TO GET ANY RESPONSES.

THEY WERE GREAT AT THE SELL, BUT FELL APART AFTER THAT. THEY BUILT A POOL I DID NOT DESIGN. THE POOL HAD A LEAK, SO THEY RESURFACED IT, USING A COLOR I DID NOT WANT. NOW IT HAS ANOTHER LEAK AND THEY WON'T RETURN OUR CALLS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO BUILD A POOL, THEY WERE HORRIBLE! THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"!
