I called and had an appt. within that same morning it actually came early. Pleasant, clearly knowledgeable about his trade with 20 years experience and willing to answer questions. He provided 2 numbered keys with the re-keying and I paid for 3 copies made in his truck. By the way, the copies work flawlessly (vs. others I have made in past at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc.) While the latches were re-installed slightly different, everything works great.

Good experience. Owner ''has been doing this for 23 years.'' Work done well on both locks. I was going to have him do a front french door lock replacement too, but he cautioned me that I should have a carpenter drill that hole because it was a custom solid wood door. Others would drill it, he told me, but there's a good chance it will splinter if it's not done just so. So I appreciate that advice from him.

MIRA MESA LOCK & KEY REALLY HELPED ME OUT OF A JAM. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT IN LESS THAN A HALF AN HOUR TO WHERE I WORK. IF I NEED TO I WILL USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
