Signed up for the 14.99 membership rec 1 month of basic wash. The employee did not warn me of mandatory/automatic billing 26.99 at end of the membership. So I was surprised to see the charge on my bank account. Went to the employee and tried to cancel and get a fefund.He gave me a letter instructing me how to cancel the membership. The website has a disconnected phone number and discontinued complaint/questions form. Obviously the moral to this story is get everything in writing and read it. Typical switch and bait method of doing business and leaving you with no way to complain or request refund.

Changed to a new car, employeer never told me that I had to cancel the old membership. He went ahead of adding a new membership for a new car without cancelling the current now old membership. Shop continued to charge the old membership every month for 4 months. Found out and contacted the manager, he told me to send a message to this number (760-803-4384) to explain situation, sent them the message twice but never got any responded in 2 weeks. Very bad service and for sure I am not the only one get this bad experience.

Drove in to get my truck washed and prepped for sale. Saw the drive but didn't see any signs for us newbies and so stopped and asked a client waiting for his car - apparently you just drive right around the corner. Line of cars; the service rep came up to my truck and asked me what I wanted, pointing out the large billboards prominently displayed (once you get around the corner) showing options as well as the current manager's special. I got that plus the Armour-All addition, which was an add-on. Gave them my keys and walked inside, where they have an air-conditioned waiting room and paid. Service was done just before the time estimated (45min), and the waiting room areas, both indoor and outdoor, are comfortable, shaded, with trash cans to keep the area clean. Probably 5 - 8 customers came through while I was there; popular place. I watched the guys do my truck; three of them went through it and wiped it down after the wax. The outside was beautiful; the inside had some spots that were obviously not touched (top of the gearshift had a layer of dust, the (empty) storage areas hadn't been wiped out and I didn't notice the added scent of the air freshener.
