 + -1 moreTHE PERSON THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY GOOD, AND KNEW ABOUT THE FRAMING BUSINESS. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE FINISHED PRODUCT I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE HELP.
Description of Work: I HAD FOUR CROSS-STITCH PIECES OF ART THAT NEEDED FRAMING. I PICKED OUT THE FRAMES, BOARDERS, AND HAD THEM PUT IT TOGETHER.

THE STORE WAS VERY CONFUSING AS THERE WERE THREE DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE STORE THAT CARRIED RIBBONS. IT WAS ONLY AFTER THE THIRD ATTEMPT THAT I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED. THE STORE HAD COUPONS OFFERING DISCOUNTS FOR CERTAIN PURCHASE VALUES. I WAS A FEW DOLLARS SHORT AND SO THE CASHIER ALLOWED ME TO RUN TO GET ANOTHER ITEM IN ORDER TO QUALIFY MY PURCHASE FOR THE DISCOUNT. SOMEHOW, EVEN WITH THE ADDITIONAL PURCHASE THE COUPON WOULD NOT WORK. I WAS FLEXIBLE AND GOT THE COUPON FOR THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME. THE CASHIER WAS VERY APPRECIATIVE THAT I DID NOT MAKE AN ISSUE OF THE MATTER.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A VARIETY OF CRAFT ITEMS TO FABRICATE FINISHED GIFT ITEMS.
