Matt Licata and his team did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with the result. The office building is a 80 year old Spanish style complex that looked very tired but Matt's team bought to life looking brand new. With a wonderful new paint job, new carpet and new furniture WOW it looks awesome and all of our customers at the opening love it and were very impressed. I would recommend Licata Painting to anyone.

Matt and his crew were always on time, were very professional and just a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely careful moving furniture and were very considerate of our space. The actual paint job was a work of art. We have many bull nose (rounded) corners in our home so making sure the line was perfectly straight was a big concern of ours. Matt and his crew greatly impressed us with their execution and we still can?t find a bad line or bleed anywhere throughout the job. By the third day of the five day job, I was already asking Matt to estimate the remaining rooms in our house as we will definitely use Matt again.
Matthew and his team did an outstanding job painting our downstairs over 4 days. The crew of between 3-5 were always on time, courteous, friendly, professional and showed a high degree of attention to detail. They were very careful to clear up after themselves and left no signs of spills or drips on our floors. My wife and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
We were able to meet up over one of my lunch breaks, and within about 20min of explaining what I wanted done, he gave me an estimate of about $1,000. Because of some HOA issues I needed to explore after he asked some questions I wasn't sure about regarding what would be allowed by the HOA, I told him I'd get back to him about if & when I'd like to get the work done.
After going back & forth with the HOA, I finally got the greenlight to get the work done and I again emailed Matt to set a date, which he was flexible with. I even changed my mind a few times about exactly what I wanted painted, and he was more than willing to roll with the changes. It basically came down to me emailing a picture of my condo that used green circles and red circles to show what I wanted painted, and his response to all my changes was "no problem."
The job took place over a period of two days. Again, I was very happy with how everything looked, and it definitely added a much needed "curb appeal" to my home before being placed on the market. The crew cleaned up very well, and you couldn't tell anyone had even been there outside of the fresh paint.
He contacted me soon after with a final price for the work, and asked that since I hadn't requested a formal estimate, if $825 or $850 would be an acceptable final price. Since that was already below the price he had quoted in person when he first came to look at the job, I said I was more than happy to pay $850 for the quality of work I received and the professional & pleasant manner in which he conducted himself.
I would definitely hire him again for any job I would need in the future. I have no doubt that the price I paid him for both jobs I've had him do over the past year will more than pay for itself in ROI when I finally sell.
