Maid on Earth Green Cleaning

It was very easy to schedule via the web, and I really liked that part. I requested a move-in cleaning and was scheduled a worker promptly.
I live in a 1-bedroom condo in downtown San Diego which can provide parking difficulties. There is no parking space in my complex provided for service people. Therefore, I paid for my own car and parked in a nearby lot and gave my spot to the cleaner.
I was surprised when I met Holly at how young and pretty and professional she was. This had not been true in my past experience with other cleaners in Virginia. She was very grateful that I provided parking, for she brought all the supplies and equipment needed which would have been very difficult to carry over distance.
She got right to work and cleaned everything very well, including a special request of the balcony area. I did not monitor her work but continued with my own work. She was very pleasant to have around, and I hoped I could use her again soon. She was through in three hours, and I gave her a generous tip.
Later, when I was unpacking boxes, I discovered that she did not get the inside of cabinets as I thought was included with a move-in cleaning. I was disappointed with that, as she did a good job elsewhere. Otherwise, I was very pleased. I have not had her back as I am retired and cannot afford the cost, even for a monthly cleaning. The cost above includes cleaning + tip + parking.

I love using Maid On Earth. Scheduling is easy, you can email the company. They try to send the same cleaning person out each time, in my case, it's Holly who is great. She brings all her own green cleaning products and Dyson vacuum and does a great job. You can easily pay online, my favorite feature of all!

I've been using this company for about a year and am thrilled with their performance and customer service. I use them at my vacation home and they have a key to use when Im not there. I trust them implicitly. They try to give you the same person each time so they know your house. I usually have holly who does a great job. They use only green products and even bring their own Dyson vacuum. When the house is done it smells clean and not like a bunch of chemicals. They make their own green cleaning products which they bring with them. I just email customer service when I think the house needs cleaning and it is scheduled quickly. I also love that they will bill you by sending you an email--you can pay online using a credit card. I highly recommend them! Finally found a great cleaning company!

The service was great. I got a really good deal. She gave me a discount for using them for the first time. They were very professional and prompt. The owner even called afterwards to see how the service went. The price was very reasonable. She worked for about 5 hours and the place was spotless. I also like how their products are green.
