Delivered washer and dryer seperately. Bit of a mix up on both deliveries but everything ended up OK. Lowes uses a subcontractor to deliver and instal and both the installations were fine. Good job considering my laundry is quite small and they had to manage full size washer and stackable dryer. I will continue to use Lowes because I have confidence in their after sale service and I like to use the same salesperson in the appliances department. He has looked after me before. He is very professional and always give excellent advice.

Original dryer did not work, and in addition was hooked up incorrectly in that the steam function was not connected. Installers returned the next day, replaced the dryer and joined everything up correctly.

I am very happy with them. They are very professional as they stand by their work. They did make small mistakes with installing the blinds but came out right away to fix the problem. The carpet installation went very well. They are very efficient with their work.

Looking for new refrigerator for home, was helped right away by Rudy Garcia, was informed on what our options were, energy saving and all about the rebate. Ended up buying two, one for kitchen and one for the garage. All appliances were 20% off, plus I have a 10% coupon which expired in Feb and they let me use it! Plus we are going to receive $200 rebate from the State of CA! The garage refrigerator ended up costing only $200!

I didn’t have a good experience with them. The sales people were completely different from the installation people because the installation work was being subcontracted. It was very uneven. It was pretty bad by the time I dealt with the president of the company. They did a fine job when it came to the window coverings. Everybody who came out to do the flooring job destroyed the walls.

After shopping both online and in some local stores, we ended up at Lowe's to buy a medium-sized, frost-free freezer. Although a sales person offered to help us, we declined one-on-one help. We only needed a few questions answered, and then the order written up at the end. The freezer had to be ordered, and arrived within a week. We provided our own delivery so we can't offer any comment on that experience. For a simple sale, the process went smoothly.

The sales team was very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite thing about Lowe's was the fact that they will beat any competitors price. So what I did was print out some online ads for the range and microwave then took it in to Lowe's where they beat the price by 10%. They even delivered to my house for free.

Their price was too high. They don't carry Remanents and that is what I needed. I do like Lowe's though. I've been happy with anything I've ever gotten from Lowe's so far.

I FOUND THE STAFF AT LOWE'S TO BE UNINFORMED ABOUT THEIR PROCESS, THEIR CONTRACTS AND GENERALLY BAD AT THE JOB OF CONTRACTING FLOOR INSTALLATION. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES. A REQUIREMENT FOR ASBETOS TESTING THAT WAS NOT POINTED OUT UNTIL AFTER THE CONTRACT HAD BEEN SIGNED. FORTUNATELY, THE LOWE'S STANDARD CONTRACT SPECIFIES THAT THE COST FOR THE TESTING WOULD BE LOWE'S RESPONSIBILITY, HOWEVER, I HAD TO POINT THIS OUT AND ARGUE FOR IT. THE TOPPER WITH THESE GUYS WAS THAT THE DAY OF THE INSTALLATION (MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AFTER STARTING) THEY COULD NOT LOCATE THE MATERIAL IN THE STORE. I WAS AT HOME, HAVING TAKEN A DAY OFF FROM WORK, WHEN LOWE'S TELEPHONED TO LET ME KNOW THAT ''THEY HAD LOOKED 'EVERYWHERE' AND COULD NOT FIND THE MATERIAL''. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD HAVE TO BE RE-ORDERED (WITH A DELAY OF TWO WEEKS). I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS AND WENT TO THE STORE MYSELF TO LOOK FOR THE MATERIAL. I FOUND IT IN 10 MINS., IN THE REMNANT BIN, MARKED DOWN BY $300. I WOULD NEVER GO TO LOWE'S

I ORDERED THE TYPE AND AMOUNT OF CERAMIC TILE SPECIFIED BY OUR CONTRACTOR. IT TOOK WEEKS TO GET THE PRODUCT AND THEN THEY FORGOT TO ORDER THE BULLNOSE EDGING AND SHORT SHIPPED THE DECORATIVE PIECES. I NEVER COULD TALK TO THE SAME PERSON TWICE AND THE STAFF WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL. WHEN THE MISSING TILE FINALLY DID ARRIVE I HAD TO PICK IT UP IN MISSION VALLEY OR BE CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE. MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A WATER HEATER AT LOWE'S AND PAID THEM TO INSTALL THE HEATER AT OUR HOUSE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION BUT NOT WITH THE SUPPORT FROM THE SALESPERSON. HE DID NOT ASK MY HUSBAND WHERE THE HEATER WOULD BE INSTALLED SO HE DID NOT KNOW THERE WERE STAIRS INVOLVED. THE INSTALLATION PRICE WAS INCREASED WHEN THE REPAIR PERSON ARRIVED FOR A 'STAIR FEE' WHICH SURPRISED US. THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB HOWEVER.

THE INSTALLER DIDN'T COME WHEN HE MADE APPOINTMENTS. HE FINALLY MADE IT ON THE THIRD DAY, 4 HOURS LATE, AND STAYED UNTIL 11:00 AT NIGHT TO FINISH THE JOB.
