Ryan from movers alliance, was very professional to work with right from the get go. He was able to accommodate me on a short notice. There was an unforeseen change on schedule. Ryan was in constant contact with me via phone and text to update me on the situation and when should I expect his team over. I had asked for 2 men help, but since my schedule was delayed, Ryan was nice enough to offer an extra helper to make the unloading go quicker. His team was very nice and courteous, going on to say how this company is, professional and courteous in their approach. Finally, and this is the best part that talks about long distance movers alliance's professionalism. Since the job was delayed by few hours; Ryan was very nice to offer me a compensation in form of a refund even though it was not his fault and the delay was something that was completely out of his control, he understood the slight inconvenience I had to go through. All this goes on to show Ryan's and long distance movers alliance company's overall good professional etiquette. I highly recommend and I would definitely use movers alliance again.

Before the move, customer service was quick to respond to all my emails. They held true to the rate they provided, which was very good priced. They even sent the contract for me to review prior to the move so I could review it. Dean and Ken were friendly, polite, and professional. They were also on time! And most importantly they moved fast. I had a full (large) 1BR apartment's worth of furniture and boxes. There were stairs at the old place and a freight elevator at the new place. They came in right at 9 hours from arrival to emptying out the truck. There was no damage to any of my belongings. They didn't lollygag. They moved at a great pace and made sure to put everything where I needed it in my new home. I expressed concern about moving my large glass dining table. They took special care to make sure it was packed and loaded without any damage. They also handled a 55" tv and an oversized couch, in addition to the usual smaller furniture and boxes. I'd definitely recommend long distance movers alliance to my friends and family. Thank you for such a stress-free move!

I went with them (I needed them the next day) and within minutes, I knew the names of the two gentlemen coming to help me (Greg and his wingman, Matt) as well as had a picture that I could refer to. Loved that I was able to schedule online and the guys they sent were professional and pleasant to work with. They handled everything with care and worked at a great pace. Not only did Greg confirm our appointment, he showed up on time, like a team captain should. I was very impressed with them. The last movers that loaded our belongings into our storage container had damaged so many of my items and to let me know, Greg made sure that he pointed out existing damage before things were moved and I actually appreciated them saying, "hey, we're here to help, but look at this...." (Not their quote, but mine, LOL). Matt was quiet, but very polite and very helpful, would tell him that he could just put boxes anywhere but he would still look at the boxes that were labeled and put them away for me. I really enjoyed working with both of them because they were a joy to work with and they moved very quickly! I was impressed, very impressed with the service I received from Movers Alliance. I would definitely use then again.

The fact that they accommodated our time/date was great and you don't see a lot of companies make sacrifices to help customers anymore. A representative called a few days before the move and confirmed our start time (between 8-9) and answered any last minute questions that I had. The day of the move I received a call from the team lead letting me know that they were on their way to the house and would be there around 8:30 AM. The crew arrived promptly at 8:30 and introduced themselves, went over the formalities (paperwork) and got right to work. The crew was very professional, polite and efficient. They were able to complete our entire move in 11 hours...all the other moving companies quoted me at least 12 hours with more people. The crew took care to make sure that the floors were protected and kept all of our belongings safe and wrapped up in the truck. I was initially hesitant to go with movers alliance as the price quoted was good but I'm incredibly happy I did business with them as they were the best moving company I've worked with. This company was very transparent with the pricing and their estimate for time was spot on. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if I need movers again. I wanted to take few minutes of your time to thank the whole team that helped us in our move and share my moving experience. Moving day causes anxiety in any person, especially the day before Thanksgiving! The service was fantastic, the team was polite, organized, energetic, proactive, fast and were at home even before we expected them. The fact that all of them were wearing neat and clean uniforms and took care of their personal appearance add to the whole experience and their professionalism made moving so easy. While they worked their tails off, I chatted happily with my neighbors because they were just that good!  They were timely, professional, and very careful with our items.  I highly recommend this company and our movers, specifically. Matt and team moved our belongings in a fast, orderly and safe manner. They were super friendly and hard workers. Everything was delivered dent and scratch free. They took care in wrapping and packing our furniture. I was surprised how fast they can wrap up a three bedroom home!  I am so glad we chose Long Distance Movers Alliance, we will certainly look forward to hire the service again in the future if needed and for sure we will recommend the company. Special thanks to the supervisor on duty that day, sorry I can't recall his name, he was very accommodating, helpful and polite. All of them hardworking people. Long Distance Movers Alliance were excellent from start to finish. Their estimator visits you to check how much furniture and things you have, which is much less painful than having to fill out forms and work it out yourself. We used their packing service and the moving team packed up our packed four bedroom house in a day (so far, far quicker than we would manage!). Our move day went very smoothly and the team of four moving men were very professional, polite and friendly (and brilliant with our excited 3-year-old son!). The company also collected our empty boxes a week later. Very happy with the service. On arrival (only half an hour or so after we did!) in the cold and rain, and after very difficult access to the property, they once again worked without a break (and without breaking anything!) unloading everything. Would definitely use this company again and  I'd strongly recommend Long Distance Movers Alliance for their professional and friendly, good value approach to moving. They made a very stressful process much easier!
