Extremely easy transaction. Lisa thoroughly explained every paper I signed and answered all my questions. I felt she put my interest first. I was very confident throughout the experience that I could completely rely on her knowledge. Since Lisa is also an attorney, I knew things would be handled correctly, which is so important. Within 45 days the home sold for the price range we discussed. I highly recommend Lisa O’Neal for any real estate transaction.
