Our home remodel has been 18 years in the making and we were both excited and nervous at the same time, so we were blessed to have had LionCraft Construction recommended to us. Michael DeLeon and his team were so supportive and informative from the very beginning. Our remodel was more than any of us anticipated, as we discovered pending home disasters related to typical tract home construction. Michael and his team clearly laid out our options and helped us make the best choices to address each challenge. And we all supported one another as we faced delays related to unavailable materials - an unexpected challenge of the manufacturing industry today. They were even understanding and supportive when we changed our minds about design features. Doing this remodel was no easy undertaking as our home was basically taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Michael hired only the best with electricians, plumbers, drywalling, painters, tile work, air conditioner installation, cabinetry, stairway construction and especially all the finishing work. They went above and beyond to help us with small tasks that just speaks to their overall dedication to top notch customer service, making you feel like family. We are excited about the final results and can’t wait to enjoy our “new” home as we contemplate our next phase of remodeling the pool and backyard.

Michael Deleon and his crew were very professional and meticulous. They worked **** ** site, cleaned up every day, coordinated around our busy schedule, and did excellent work. I do not think you could ask for a better team to remodel or build!

Hire De Leon Construction to do repairs to one of our rental homes.  We asked for a bid for a specific part of the job and they came in with a very competitive bid.  We gave the job the them and they performed very well. We asked them to do additional work on a time and materials basis which they did at a reasonable cost and in a very short period of time. We were very happy overall with the work and price. 

I manage a real estate investment Comonay and flip houses. I used them for a 3000 sqft house, 5 beds and 4 bath. The budget was $60000 including labor and material. They still managed to finish the project in 4 weeks instead of 5 weeks. So we saved almost $5000 and finished that project with a little bit over $55000! We were happy with their service in case of time and quality. What motivates me more to work with them on other projects was their sense of owner ship and responsibility. They are always so responsive, avalilabe, and understand how business works. They never nickel and dime the budget.

Cannot be more grateful! With the extent of the work that they did it probably should have cost twice as much! But the team really helped us find the most economical choices to help spread every single dollar we had to build a custom one of a kind home!
