They’re very thorough. First of all, I want them to do it correctly so once I’ve gone one time and I get good service I just keep going back to the same place. They give me a loner car when they keep my car. They make it really easy. They like to get paid for that too, because I could definitely find someone a little cheaper.

They were very good. Very polite.  I took my son with me and we drove many cars. I recommend their sales team to others.

I like they provide a loaner car without charge while my car is being repaired.  Everything about their work and service is very good.

They have an excellent service department. People can loan their car for whatever the amount of time they needed. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, water and snacks. The service they did on my car was all done very well. I've had a wonderful experience with them.

They are very thorough and professional. They give you a loaner car. They finish in the time frame they tell you. Only problem is that they are expensive. This is a leased car so this particular service was complementary. They are very good though

Car now working beautifully, they noticed dangerous wear on tires that I had been unaware of. They showed me the tires and I'm glad they discovered it before I had a problem on the road.

I liked everything about this company. Whenever I call them and let them know my car needs service they will bring me a very nice car for however long it takes them to fix my car.

I have been using this dealership for scheduled maintenance of my Lexus for about five years. It is the only Lexus dealership near my home, so I have little choice. In the past couple of years I have watched the level of service slowly decline. Recently, I had a dramatic demonstration of just how poorly their service and customer care have become.

My car was in for scheduled maintenance, which took two days. When the vehicle was returned there was damage to both the interior and exterior.

Since the dealership had done an inspection upon my drop-off, they conceded that the damage had been inflicted while the vehicle was in their care. It took two weeks for them to complete the repairs of the damage they caused. They did provide me with a loaner cart.

Upon final pickup, after two weeks of waiting, the staff had a pompous attitude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they had caused. The overall quality of the body work done to the exterior was of and quot;fairand quot; quality. There was some over-spray of white paint in a wheel wheel where inadequate masking had been applied prior to painting.

Considering the very high prices this dealership charges, I cannot recommend them.

They are accurate, timely and I have had the same service representative for about 10 years! Our vehicles are always ready when promised and the service is great!

They are good, but they are really expensive. I spent around $900 on the job. I am looking for a company that has good prices. I will use them only if I don’t find another company of my choice.

Excellent. Contacted Tania in the Internet Department to get a quote over the phone. She provided excellent service throughout the process. She was extremely helpful, responded promptly to all questions, went above and beyond all expectations in getting me what I wanted. Better than any other dealer sales person I have ever worked with. I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

Excellent. They took care of the problems without charge and under warranty.

I bought my car from them, so I can say that I am very satisfied. I have been using them for a few years now. They have been very helpful and friendly the entire time that I have been with them.
