Laser ReLevel, Inc.

Recently purchased a 1966 Mobil home. It had not been leveled in more than 20 Years. Met with Joshua (he was on time that is very important for me) and after the free inspection. He gave me both good and bad news. I set up a day for the work to be completed. Again, he and his crew showed up on time and began releveling our 1966 Mobil home. After completing the work (took most of the day) all doors fully closed, and I did not feel like a drunken sailor (USN-Retired) walking down the hall. He and his crew left our home better and cleaner (lots of trash under the Mobil home) then when they arrived. You could not ask for a better company to do business with. Thank you!!!

Joshua is very knowledgeble about manufactured homes- not only did he come out and give a reasonable price for our home relevel, but he also detected a leak in our A/C condensate pipes under the house, and came back to take a video when my A/C people said it wasn't there. In addition, I was able to find another A/C person to fix the leak for a 1/4th of what the former a/c people wanted to charge! Thanks Joshua for all your help and caring! Now the leak will be fixed (today) and there should be no more settling of the foundation, due to that leak.

They did a great job. Pointed out problems and fixed the issues that weren't fixed when we had a different company out for the same thing three years earlier. They also fixed the siding all the way around our home - not just where they went in/out. Very helpful and very polite. I will use them again.

This is the best home repair person we have ever used. He was friendly and worked hard just on the estimate to try to save us as much money as possible. His estimate was below most of the other bids we received but he just seemed to radiate trustworthy. He showed up on time and the worked through lunch to finish job. Stuff that caused us to look for re-leveling were totally fixed.
One door had swung open before and it still did, so i put a level on the floor where it closed and it was bubble centered. Put it on the top of the door and it was out of level. Actually checked level in other places and all were perfect. He also repaired a few minor things under the home that were not even in the estimate. We liked the job he did and Joshua so much that we had him back to do our deck rail. Again a perfect job and he even built a gate that automatically closes. I can not say enough good things about laser relevel. Anything you need done, call and give him a chance to give you a bid. You will not be sorry. We have already had him put a reminder in for a future check of the leveling in 3 to 5 years. We have told the  park management about him and they are refering him and neighbors have asked us about him and his information.

He's very meticulous, he'll take a job of any size big or small. He's an excellent craftsman, a real good guy, good with people, he has pretty much any tool you could need.

i have very minimal problems, and all were settled well. i have and both Tand m and firm bids with good results.
they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, with profeswionalism and cheerfulnes i will most definatly use them again, i am very satisfied.

the roof installation was the best i have seen. they took meticulus care with the flashing, valleys and penetrations. the finished product is beautiful.
the pv system is extremely well executed, and is kicking out plenty of power.
the concrete was reinforced and dowelled to existing slabs, and has not cracked.
the plumbing is doing well, also
