The laptop was good as new in about 3 days, labor only. That's miracle enough for me. When I find really competent service providers I don't fuss with the charge, but I thought theirs was reasonable. You can't have it both ways, but you can have it neither way. Anyway, these guys know their stuff and the get right on the job. Communication is clear with no BS. I won't go anywhere else. They revived my tower with a new hard drive and saved my data. I later brought it in with some questions and they were courteous and responsive. I'm no geek, but I don't have to be when professionals are available. BTW, there are other Laptop + locations. Same name, different people, obviously. My comments apply only to this location. The most satisfying business relationships are personal and involve integrity and loyalty. If you focus on price you might depart from what you really want.

First service they didn't do everything I asked for, but when I went back they did as I asked. Every computer after that they did everything I needed them to.

I have to assume that their assessment of the problems was correct. They were pleasant to deal with and the computer was ready when they said it would be. They explained the problems and solutions in an easy to understand manner. We'll have to see how the reconditioned laptop will perform. So far, so good.

My laptop stopped working so I brought it in to Laptops Plus. They did a quick evaluation and explained that it would probably cost more to fix it than to replace it. They explained the only way to tell for sure was to do a full diagnostic. The diagnostic only cost $35 so I had them do it.

Unfortunately, the initial evaluation was correct. It would cost more to fix it than replace it. Instead of just leaving it there they offered to remove the hard drive and place it in an external enclosure. This costs about $40.00 but they deducted the cost of the dignostic. My computer was beyond repair but my data was safe in an external hard drive.

When I took the comuter in and met Matthew at the front desk, he took a great deal of time allowing me to run through the programs that normally used. He even tried to rectify the problem while I stood there so that I could take the computer home. Unfortunately, the computer required a new hard drive and I had to leave it with them. They did the repairs on time and for a fair price. At pick up, Matthew walked me through some Malware programs and educated me on various programs. Two weeks after I the repairs, I had some more issues but they fixed it in two days and didn't charge me.

The staff was courteous, attentive, listened carefully and performed all work promptly. Other customers expressed delight with their work as well. Final costs were very reasonable, well below the estimate. Front desk personnel was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail all diagnostic reports and all work done. The technician came out and shared his experience with the various models of laptops I had brought in, and provided a little insight on replacing the one computer that was not cost-effective to repair and how transfer the data from the hard drive of that computer to another. Very professional, yet comfortable to converse with.

My laptop stopped working. I brought it in and they said the hard drive was bad. They replaced it. I got it back the next day and they managed to save and transfer my files and system. They even cleaned it up so it ran faster. Incredible service. So fast. Lifesavers!!!

I love that Laptops Plus comes to me. The man who came out was very friendly and personable. He had my laptop repaired in 30 minutes and the entire experience was painless and easy.

I really like that they are so knowledgeable about the technicalities of their profession. They always have a nice attitude and provide excellent parking. They are very helpful, but they can take some time to finish.
