Ken looked over our situation, proposed a creative solution, worked with me on sourcing materials, and ultimately delivered an exceptional result at a very reasonable price. His proposal was not the lowest or highest priced one- it was very reasonable and he actually came in a little under budget, enough so that I added a few side projects replacing bathroom fans.
Ken tore-up our existing VERY poorly laid tile in two showers - and a small bathroom floor. He cleaned and repaired the underlying damage, laid new beds, tile, grout, and sealed it all. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of work and his attention to detail - from being on-schedule, meticulous about clean-up, and communicating about the project along the way.
