KOREN METRO FLOORING INC

Last year, April/May, 2013, Metro Flooring replaced the tiles in my kitchen after a massive flood in the front of the house. They were wonderful, from start to finish. The store has a superior array of tiles to choose from, in every color, size, shape and quality. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Helene Lotto, who worked with me to get the job done. She was wonderful -- knowledgeable, kind, patient and took the time to explain the differences in tile, placement, pricing and suggested some patterns. I made my selection the same day. The work was scheduled and it took two days to complete. The workers were clean, on time, organized and efficient. Since I was so pleased with the above job, I decided that I would return to Metro Flooring to look for tiles for my small guest bathroom update this year. I called the store and asked for Helene, and upon my return I received the same welcome and great service. I made my selection, the tiles were ordered, and I picked them up. My contractor actually did the work this time. I can't stop raving about Metro Flooring. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has tile needs and have passed along cards to friends.
