Keith was great to work with and the quality of workmanship was excellent.

Keith and his crew are exceptional. They are on time every day and stayed on the project until it is complete. They met our timeline  to get the project done and were careful with our surrounding yard/area. 
We had to remove a rotting deck, redesign and build an outdoor room that would sit adjacent to our new spa. He worked with our ideas and plans and even improved upon some of our initial design concepts.
I could not be happier with Keith's work ethic, attention to detail, his level of customer service and ability to solve issues as they arise.
Each of his team members and sub-contractors maintain the same level of professionalism and quality of work that you would come to expect from Keith.
I will definitely call on Keith for our next project. 

They did a fantastic job and  were a joy to work with.  They had to dismantle the original deck and I was concerned about the pool decking next to the raised deck they were working on, as it is easily damaged.  They took exceptional care with that.  Also had to have quite a few large potted plants moved, which they also did with great care.  I wanted to match the house color,and they did it perfectly.  They frequently consulted me on the design and I appreciated this .  On the job of replacing the lighting in the kitchen, it couldn't have been better..  Keith was very good at following up regularly and checking on the progress, resulting in a very satisfied customer.  Will definetly use them again for any future work.
If there was an A+ rating, they'd get it.

KL9 built the cabinets off site and brought them to install. Although they were beautifully made, they were not quite what I wanted due to a miscommunication between me, the general contractor and the off site cabinet maker. The general contractor took full responsibility for the mistake and took the cabinets back for minor adjustments that met my functionality requirements perfectly.

I am so pleased with the final result! I was charged a fair price for exceptional quality. I have very high standards and expectations. KL9 provided rare customer service and attention to every detail on a pretty small job. I am planning on hiring them again in the near future for other custom remodeling for my home, and grateful to Angie's List for helping me to find them.

KL9 pulled this huge, complex project off without a hitch.  I was able to move in after only 3 months of work, with the remaining work (additional, landscaping, final touches to the inside) being completed over the next 9 months.  The entire process was as stress-free as it could possibly have been.  The end result is amazing - worthy of a magazine, and I have every confidence that everything KL9 managed will last a very long time.  Aside from being very quality-conscious, KL9's management and staff is very professional and easy to work with.  

The bottom line is that I would recommend KL9 to anyone looking to take on a remodel.  They have the tools and the talent to do it right, and make it easy for you.

We have used KL-9 Construction to remodel almost every room in our home. Every aspect of working with the company has been excellent. The work is very high quality, they fully stand behind the products and workmanship, and above all are clean and courteous when in our home. We cannot envision ever using another contractor and recommend KL-9 Construction without reservation to others.

Keith was prompt and responsive in all respects. His crew was skilled and did all phases on time. Only one serious glitch held up the final acceptance. The colored concrete finish had blemishes that could not be removed. Keith immediately offered remedies, and took us to look at a previous job to approve the one chosen. He absorbed the cost of a complete textured coating applied by a separate company. Outside of that minor inconvenience, the job went exceedingly well.

We couldn t be more pleased with the job done by KL9 construction. The quality of the work done by the KL9 carpenters and masons and by the electrical and plumbing subcontractors was outstanding. Keith Lazerson, owner of KL9 construction, and his workers were a delight to work with. During the course of the project Keith and his crew offered many helpful suggestions in terms of materials and construction approaches. Keith was always available as needed and did a great job of scheduling and moving the project thru the city inspection process and to completion. After the deck build was completed we needed major repairs on two second story decks and a roof deck. We again turned to Keith for this project. His carpenters not only did an outstanding job with these repairs but suggested the use of some additional supports that greatly improved the integrity of the framed glass walls on the decks.

The best. All around. That's it... (and I'm a nit-picky person!)
