Lisa was our sales associate and she did a great job educating me and helping me to choose the best mix of appliances to meet our needs. I really felt like she was trying to find the best for our needs, not just to rush me or to get the most money out of me. In the end, Lisa educated me on a number of options and features I knew nothing of and we are really happy with our new appliances. I shopped price at several other places and Lisa responded to make Kiva's overall package be competitive. Lisa coordinated the delivery nicely to fit into our remodel schedule. Store is nice with a good selection. I would highly recommend this store.

Kathie gave us great service, and worked with us on slipping delivery schedule because we weren't ready when we thought we'd be. All appliances were delivered in perfect condition and delivery was well coordinated.
