Greenhouse and Nursery Service
He showed up promptly and we looked at the yard. He asked what I wanted it to look like and then made suggestions to achieve it. He showed up early the next day and began to work. He worked all day and when he finighed I wanted to talk about payment. He put the lever on me and said he would by hour and materials. When I wanted to pay him for his 8 hours work he said - "that's too much".
We tried a few other payment models, but I have seen that he just puts the yard first and when there is a lot of work for some job he does it all - paying him by the hour would be pretty expensive for mr.
So we decided that I would pay him a salary ($110/ Month plus materials) and he would take complete care of the yard for that . Since then I can't tell you how well it works. I don't have good pictures yet, but when I do I'll post them. I am so very happy that I found him i can't tell you.
