He was recommended by my property management company, came the day after I called and completed the job that afternoon. He also recommended where I could get a better price on replacing a missing sliding door screen. The screens are professionally done and fit perfectly. He was amiable, very easy to work with, and reliable (did the job without supervision--let himself in and locked the place back up). I did have to call him about payment as he did not leave his bill in the house. He gave me his PO Box and I sent the check there. It was that easy.
