The service was great but I had to wait 23 hours for an oil change.

Overall they just have a good responsive service.  They are great with everything.  They just have good customer service and good communication.  If there’s extra work that needs to be done, they contact me and get my approval with the best options, and all that stuff.  It’s a very good office.  Their pricing is a little steep.

I took the vehicle in on a Thursday for  the estimate.  I did not have any car rental on my policy, so I didn't want to leave it there then.  Asked if they could call me when the bumper came in to lessen the amount of time I would be without a car.  They called the next day and we made an appointment for the following Tuesday.  I took it in at 0800....they called me Thursday and said it was ready.

I couldn't be happier....car still looks like it is brand new.  I had a protective coating for the paint put on my car at the time of purchase.  They said to bring it back in a month, and they will put it on for free.

Great service....slight problem in that they don't take American Express.  Luckily, I had a Visa card with me.

Several years ago, Kearney Mesa Ford became this company. Up until then, I trusted this dealership and went to them yearly for tuneups, ten thousand, 15 thousand---70, 000 etc. I did everything needed to keep the Ranger in tip top condition. After my 70,000, and the change in dealerships, everything went down hill. First, they said I burned out my engine, so that was about $4000.00. I have never driven the truck with the heat gage overheating, but they said I did. I know that I didn't. I would have had it towed if the gage had shown overheating. Then heating coil went out. Another $1000 plus bill. Then the shocks went out even though I had them changed at 70,000. The heating coil again went out right after the warranty expired. It is so rare for the heating coil to go out. They also accused me of not taking my truck in for yearly and mileage check up even though I religiously have done this. They said they had no records of me ever bringing my truck in for service. I was able to prove this, but they still said that my truck had not been properly maintained. i have proof fo some of it, but it didn't matter. somehow all my records were lost when the company changed owners. I have had Honda's and Toyotas that never had to have engines rebuilt till maybe 110,000 plus, but with the Ford Ranger, after 70,000 miles the truck started having major repairs like rebuilding the engine and the heating coil going out twice. I am looking for a new car now. I understand that the truck is up in miles, but this truck was mechanically taken care of----oil changes, maintenance all done at the mileage indicated..... Now when I take it to them, the bill is about $1000 plus. For the 90,000 they want to charge me over $1200.00 even though the replacement of the heating coil did about half the work for the 90,000 maintenance. I don't recommend this company. They lose your records and they do shoddy work that has to be redone for things that normally don't happened till 100,000 miles plus.

I did bring this in after the first major overhead gasket, $3000 dollar repair because I smelled anti freeze. They told me that there was nothing wrong, and now I am wondering if there was something not done properly with me paying the price because of it. I will update this in a few weeks as to the repair.

They thought it was a heating coil and they quoted me a price of about $300. I have my car maintained and serviced at least once a year. It was just beginning to overheat. They pretty much ended up doing a complete engine overhaul that cost me $2700. The car only had about 70,000 miles on it, and the fact that I was maintaining it just really makes me wonder, especially since I did get the car to them before it was really getting that hot.

We had a truly good experience here when buying our car. They were courteous, professional, accommodating and we have two small children. They just had it all together. Accommodating to all aspects of sale and beyond. They even detailed the van even though it looked great. The tires and hubcaps were Armor-alled and shiny. It looked like a brand new car. It smelled like going to a fabric store. There is no evidence that was the van had ever been driven.

It was a major waste of money: the car didn't run more efficiently after the engine lubricant (which was most of the cost). They did not fix a speaker problem correctly.

PEARSON FORD WAS ABLE TO CORRECT IT AND WE'VE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEM IN THAT REGARD. I WAS REASONABLY HAPPY OVERALL WITH THE EXPERIENCE. THEIR COST WAS EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE AND THE WORK WAS QUALITY. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THE TIME ESTIMATED WAS OFF. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

VERY PROMPT, NO WAITING. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG, AND SHOULD BE FIXED, IF NOT THEN, SOON. NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY WERE AVAILABLE THAT DAY.
