After 5-1/2 weeks I still didn't have a final written estimate for my project. I felt the estimate process was taking too long and told them to forget it after 5-1/2 weeks. After I told them to forget it, the next day I got a phone message that had their final estimate for the project and to call if still interested, but never an estimate in writing. I never called back.

We are adding a master suite and remodeling the kitchen. They have come by 3 times to go over different options They are patient and understand we are paying a lot of money ( to us at least) for the remodel and we want to make our $$$ go as far as possible.
I appreciate their honesty and that they will deliver the hard truth about some of our requests. We always get the reasons behind their advice and so far it has all been accurate after verification.

Absolutely fabulous! They were on time all the time, gave me an approximate completion date and write on, their work was excellent, communicated well and followed up with their employees. That was one thing I see occasionally to get people who come up first, they recent up somebody and the employees are left have been for themselves. They are being made sometimes and then you have to reduce up but they really work well with their employees to make sure they knew what they were suppose to do and got the job out and it was excellent. I was very happy on it. It feels more like a family business where people think have been with them a while. It is not just the workers are trying over. They really care about their people and the people care about the company they use. So, that is nice.

Project Manager (Brian) was very responsive and all employees were very courteous. They cleaned up every day and were very conscientious. I had 2 friends who used K-Co for kitchen remodels in the previous year and they both recommended them.

K-CO helped us with a number of decisions on what to repair/replace and what to defer in order to fit our budget. They were very professional and prompt. Contract was clear, materials were as ordered, pricing was reasonable, and job foreman was very polite and always reachable. As in many complex projects, there were a few things that went wrong and had to be fixed. K-CO was very obliging in correcting problems, such as water pipe accidentally broken during the wall preparation for sandblasting -- they sent a plumber out immediately to repair the pipe.
