The problem is resolved. Our roof top deck looks great after the recoating. WB Stratton employees were professional, polite, and were prompt. Very pleased with the work performed.

When we were building our house in 2004 we had Stratton waterproof 3 decks with Dex-O-Tex. They did an awesome job, and they were extremely patient with us when we ran into lots of trouble with our main contractor (he actually ran off the job with most of our money, but that is a different story). Now 4 years later, I saw some cracks in one of the decks. Turns out that the underlayment (installed by the main contractor) cracked and was partially rotting away. I called Stratton, and they came out to take a look at it. They promised to re-coat it for free once we had the underlayment repaired. After that was done one of their workers came out and started working on it. We suddenly heard loud hammering and too our horror he was hacking away the colored stucco. He said, "don't worry, I'll fix it." After a couple of days he had applied the last coats of Dex-O-Tex and installed the brown coat of stucco. I gave him the original color coat material and he expertly applied it so that the repair was invisible. He also re-painted the rest of the deck also so that the steps don't stand out. It looks great, and did I mention that they did it for free? These people know what they are doing, and they are great to work with!
