My tenant stated that he arrived late, tried to fix the solar tube but broke the caps. Said he could not replace the built in microwave and sent me to Home Depot. I ended up having to call Home Depot to install a new stove set and also replace the solar tube he broke. Said he was going to order the parts he broke but never showed up or has returned text. Tenant said English was very poor and she felt as if communication was not clear. Said he kept texting someone to find out how to fix things. He seems to have no experience and certainly no business ethics.
