It works just fine but they quoted a very high price so I found a cheaper pump. In the end I was told that a new employee ordered the wrong one and the price would have come down anyway, but it did cause some short-term concern

The truck has run like a dream. I can not say enough good about these guys. They are great at Diesel Truck repair. The price is always high for diesel trucks but well worth it when they do a great job the way Johns did

I have been using John's for my GTRV  van (econoline), & previously for my Ramcharger servicing, since 2000 with good experience. Now they service my Prius. The only non-routine was on the GTRV for "Check Engine light" (misfire) which 2 dealers could not identify the cause. John's recommended spark plugs & wires, which fixed it, and reduced smog readings. We travel all over the USA and Canada  on trips up to 10,040 miles with confidence as a result.

Overall my experience here was outstanding!

We have take out cars here for the last couple years. The work we have had done here has been excellent, prompt and professional. The only problem is the cost seems high. We now have a diesel, which costs a lot more to service, so we called them and the local Ford dealer for pricing. John's wanted $200 for an oil change, the dealer only wanted $160. Other servies such as air filter change and trans fluid change were similarly substantially higher. We have not priced the other work we have had done here. I would go back but not without checking pricing first somewhere else.

It was a good experience, they took me to the mall while my car was being worked on. They were fair in pricing. They replaced a light without charging me. It was quick-in.

They are very professional, but I think that the price they charged me was too expensive and that was the issue about the service that I got that I didn't like. I think I can get a better price in any other car service center. They did a good job though.

TIM AND JOHN ARE THE MOST HONEST MECHANICS THAT WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY IN DEMEANOR AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH PRICING. THEY ALSO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND ARE EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE WITH LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS. WE FEEL VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FOUND THEM!
