They not only unclogged the drain, but replaced the trap in installed a clean out leaving me in better shape than before.  He also volunteered to go into my crawl space to check for leaks before he left.  On top of that, they left my kitchen cleaner than they found it!
 Note:  the price above is just my home warranty deduction.  I don't know how much this service would have cost without insurance.

Diagnosed the problem correctly, knew how to fix it, quoted me the price and did the work to my satisfaction.  I really appreciate the way the Jesse Diaz plumbers have been trained to work.  They are knowledgeable, skilled and professional.  Every one of them who has been in my home--Jesse, his brother George and now Alfredo- are very tidy about the way they approach the work...protective cover down for my kitchen tiles, tools all neatly lined up and not spread all over the place...clean up perfectly and the job they do is proper and complete.  I also appreciate the respect I am accorded and the way they explain in advance how my problem will be solved.

I have a warranty ins policy on my house--mostly for small things because you never want to call in your Homeowners Insurance...so a plumber was sent out to fix slow drains and a running toilet.  I asked the guys, "as long as you are here, why is the floor in front of my kitchen sink so warm?"  Uh oh, slab leak...and of course the warranty company needed to make sure those guys weren't just drumming up business, so they sent Jesse Diaz Plumbing out as a 2nd opinion.  He just had a great attitude and was so well informed and willing to educate me about the likely cause of the problem and the ways to mitigate the damage and the cost of alternatives, I chose to have him do the actual repairs.  The first company was very good too, but somehow had run afoul of the insurance people, so rather than get caught in the middle of that problem, I had Mr. Diaz confirm the diagnosis and make the repairs.  

He and his helpers did a great job, kept everything organized and clean and though they were methodical, they worked quickly.  I knew from the beginning what the costs would be and that I also would have to find someone else to do the drywall and painting repairs.  I am completely satisfied with the result and in the event that my house has further plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to give JD Plumbing a call.
