JASON ST PIERRE CONCRETE

Terrible experience. The guys worked hard as does anyone in the concrete business. But in a nutshell these guys were unproffesional, unknowledgable, unavailable, and left a botched job taking no responsibility. They were offering me a wonderful price as a favor, but favors like this end up costing twice as much to fix. I was left with a mess and had to pay to "undo" what was done and start from scratch. They misrepresented what they knew and were capable of. 
They complained that my concrete was difficult to work with however Monarch Coatings came in regrinded the entire house, researched appropriate products to use, tested them, did samples, and delivered a beautiful floor by the following week. When one product sampled did not perform as expected, he immediately switched gears, reformulated his plan and product and worked to correct the issue without complaint or additional charges. They stood by the job and their price even when I asked for additional touchups. I hired them the following week for another client. Same stellar results. 

THE OVERALL WORK LOOKED GOOD. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND VERY CLEAN ABOUT THEIR SURROUNDINGS. THEY LAID PLASTIC OVER THE CONCRETE JUST IN CASE IT RAIN. THEY CAME BACK 2 DAYS LATER AND REMOVED PLASTIC AND WOOD FORMS.
