Appliance Repair
The repair representative showed up within the specified 4-hour time frame. The representative diagnosed the tapping sound as coming from the ducting above the hood and stated that it was an installation problem. He offered to "reinstall' the hood for $200. His "reinstallation" amounted to an extremely sloppy removal and re-application of duct tape to the hood ducting.
