We converted my mom's condo to a rental. The whole place needed to be painted - walls, door frames, baseboards, ceilings, everything. Jacob was very helpful in helping me identify the right kind of paint to use for a rental. He asked a lot of questions about what was important to me. He didn't wait for Monday to get started, he had his crew there that very weekend prepping and taping. I was very pleased with the final product, the place looks amazing! And he cleaned up every scrap, you never would've known he was there. I was impressed.
