Great. I called Jason right after the intense heat of the Santa Ana in May (and fires). He came to install within a few days---one morning he did the outside unit and the next day the installation of the coil in the attic. I asked about a better filter during the second day so he researched, ordered and installed in about another two weeks (he actually did this in about a week, but I needed the extra week).
He showed up on time on all days, is very polite and friendly, got things done, cleaned up and left. It couldn't have gone better.
Jason was recommended to me by a neighbor, who said the same things I did in this review.
