He is a great person for computer repair. I've used them on and off quite a few number of times. They are great people. There are two owners and I've dealt with Carl. He is very accommodating and his pricing is fair. We've had a wonderful experience with him. In fact my husband had him build a computer for me. I am a senior senior and I came to computers not knowing anything and he has just been super. We live very close to their shop. They are so helpful to give us advice to go home and try. If it doesn't work we can call them. They are always eager to help us save money. They do make house calls. The charge is a little bit more but sometimes it is more convenient than hauling a computer in. The last time I didn't spend any money because they gave me advice and said to try it and if it didn't work to bring it back for them to fix. They are very fair priced and definitely customer oriented. We will definitely use them again and we have told a lot of people about them because we have had such positive experiences.

They were able to diagnosis and fix the problem. They did a great job. This was not a simple job and they did outstanding work. I also thought their prices were very fair. I would just given them A's in every respect and would use them again.
