GREAT EXPERIENCE!  John Carlson is our general contractor.  He & his staff are AWESOME.  He is very relatable, friendly & professional.  He's got A LOT of experience & even sits on a contractor's board.  An example of how he looks out for his clients - we ordered our flooring ahead of time on our own & the reps at the flooring place were inadequate to say the least.  Our flooring didn't come in on time, they said they couldn't track it, it wasn't their problem & that we'd need to talk with the shipping company to work it out.  We told John & even though he didn't have to - he went down to that flooring place & spoke with the rep there to tell him about needing to extend the full-customer service from order to final delivery to their customers.  He had our back.  The flooring we ordered was non-returnable, but due to John's reprimand the flooring place took back all of the left-over pieces we didn't use.
Everything was done in the time-frame John said it would be.  We had a lot done & we had all of this demo & installation done in 10 days!  The cost was very reasonable for all the work we had done.  Everyone on his crew is great.  They kept us informed of what they were doing each day & the plan for the days ahead.  If something we picked in material didn't work or we needed something new, they would run to Home Depot to get the right items the same day.  For everything needed, he's got a person that specialized in the job, so the quality is there.
Overall, we are VERY HAPPY with the results.  John was able to customize the house to make it feel like home.  We were so impressed with all aspects of the service that we will have John come back to remodel our other 2 bathrooms & misc. items around the house.  He will be our go-to guy for anything home improvement or repair needed.  We HIGHLY recommend him.  Meet him & have him quote - you'll see.  :)
