We needed to get out of our Interest Only Loan before our payments ballooned out of control. We started by calling our banks and a few other loan companies. When we met Rob, he mentioned that he thought he could find much better rates that what we had already found on our own. Once he began his search, he would call us regularly to up date us on the incredible rates he was finding for us. In the end, the best loan he found was hundreds of dollars less than what we had found. The loan would also include our property taxes, it was unbeatable. We decided to work with Rob. During all of the paperwork, he was helpful and responsive, he answered our questions immediately. He also has a network of people that he works with so that he took care of everything, from the appraisal to the notary, it was easy.

I purchased my home middle of 2006. My own cousin who is also in the mortgage business negotiated an Option Arm loan, thinking he was doing me a favor. I was out of town at the time and trusted his judgment that this was the best opportunity for me. Later I found out that it truly was an extremely bad decision due to the economy and the terms and conditions of the loan. Robert not only re-negotiated my loan for me at the BEST possible interest but he also had the pre-payment penalty reduced dramatically! We called three mortgage companies and couldn't believe how much our payment was so we decided to try one more place. A friend told us about a guy named Rob she used the year before and was really pleased. So we gave him a call and talked for about five minutes. Rob called us back about four hours later with a payment $450 lower than the lowest payment from the other places, which was hard to believe. We met with him the next day and gave him a bunch of paper work. He called us every couple days to let us know everything was fine. Then we signed our loan papers and got our money three days later and all we had to pay was $350 to the appraiser. It was one of the easiest transactions I have ever done, definitely the easiest home loan.
