We had a wonderful experience working with Guy and his crew on our kitchen update. He listened to us throughout the process, understood our desire to retain old-house bones/idiosyncrasies, and offered helpful suggestions (improvements) to our initial proposal — most notably to level the bar/counter to an seamless counter height. New counters/backsplash, fresh paint on the cabinets. Replaced sink/disposal/under-sink plumbing as well as all outlets and plates. Pictures hopefully give some justice to the remarkable update, but thank you Guy, Francisco, Ivan, Juan and the rest of the team at Infinity. We love our new kitchen!

Overall great experience with our reno project. Guy was responsive with all my questions & concerns. The work was done in a timely fashion. Ernesto, Francisco & team made it all happen in the time we discussed. All reno projects have their challenges, but they were all handled in a professional fashion. Our new home looks great!!

Guy was great. He had a good team under him, and my kitchen looks fantastic! He was flexible despite the fixed fee, and made sure the work was up to his high standards.

I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Inifinity. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, would’ve had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. Guy is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Guy’s crew is as equally knowledgeable, Emillio was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges Emillio and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didn’t even need to point things out (I am a bit OCD), they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im you’re average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesn’t end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I had noticed a small detail missed – ceiling paint in a small section was missed – I notified Guy. The next day Emillio first called me, then showed up w the guys and took care of it. That’s the kind of relationship Inifinity nurtures with their customers.

Amazing! Guy and his team did an excellent job. Guy is very responsive and takes care in answering all of our questions. His team is kind and hard working! His prices are also super competitive and he did a great job trying to stay within our budget.

I don't know whether to start with my beautiful new bathroom or the beautiful people who made it happen. I originally contacted Guy Cohen, President and CEO of Infinity Design, because of the wonderful reviews on Angie's List. I certainly made the right choice because Guy is the best contractor I could have worked with. He immediately answered my email, came over the next day to look at my project, and give an estimate as to the cost. I didn't even consider another contractor because I knew Guy was the one I wanted. We met a few days later at a wonderful tile shop (The Rock), where I selected tile for the floor, shower floor, and shower walls. Guy was helpful and offered suggestions throughout out the entire remodel project. He told me what I needed to buy and answered all of my questions about every little detail. I was constantly bombarding him with phone calls, emails, and texts, and he responded immediately to each one. The men who worked on my bathroom---Francisco, Ivan, and Fernando--- are the most qualified, talented, patient, trustworthy, and pleasant people I've ever worked with. I felt no qualms about leaving my home each day and returning to admire the work they had performed. They cleaned up every speck of dust, even sponged down my garage floor, and cleared away any bit of debris left from the work. Francisco is a genius in tile setting!!! My small---and I mean small---bathroom is now the most beautiful tiny bathroom in San Diego!! He set the floor tile so beautifully that it looks like real wooden planks. The shower itself is exactly what I had envisioned---like an outdoor grotto with rocks on the floor and a greenish bluish watery look to the walls. Francisco added a niche to hold shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Guy suggested I buy a Grohe shower head and it's wonderful to use with the handheld shower along with the regular rain shower head. I asked his advice on each item and he never steered me wrong. I am so happy with my new bathroom, toilet. pedestal sink (replaced an ugly cabinet), oval wall mirror (replaced an ugly entire wall mirror), medicine cabinet, lighting fixture, shelf above toilet to hold items that used to be in the ugly cabinet, towel racks, etc. I also bought a hotel towel rack to hold items that used to be in that cabinet. I can't say enough to praise Guy and his crew for the work they performed. They were responsive to my questions and ideas and offered wonderful suggestions. I will definitely hire them when I redo my other bathroom as well as replace the carpeting in my living/dining room with tile or laminate. There is nothing they can't do!! Oh, I forgot, Francisco came back a few days after the job was completed to install my shower curtain rod. Guy said to not hesitate to call them if I need anything---and I took him up on his promise. You will not be sorry if you decide to hire Infinity Design to do your remodeling project. Oh, yes, the project was completed under the projected time frame and would have been done even earlier, but the tile was delayed by a few days. Oh, I forgot that they painted the walls and the door, too.

We decided it was time to remodel our master bathroom and set out to get several bids from contractors. We first found Infinity Designs on Houzz and decided to receive a bid after looking at their reviews and pictures of remodeled bathrooms. The owner, Guy, responded immediately after I left a message on his voicemail. We set up time for him to come see our current bathroom and give us an estimate for the project. His quote was well within our budget and the timeline worked too. I should mentioned that we had remodeled our kitchen from a different contractor about a year and a half ago. Their quote for our bathroom was double what Infinity Design quoted us. Guy lets you pick all of the materials and finishings, so you have the ability to customize every aspect of your project. He'll give suggestions, but he won't push you towards one particular brand or limit you to only certain options. This can be a little more work for you as the client, but ultimately this lets you have control over the budget. Once Guy gives you an estimate, it won't change unless you add to the scope of work. He's open and honest upfront and says if he has made a mistake in his estimate that he won't increase the price once construction is underway. He was a man of his word and that was the case during our remodel. He estimated the project would take 6-8 weeks. All of his workers and subcontractors are top notch. Everyone was very nice and respectful of our home. They are absolute professionals. Our bathroom was completed in just under 6 weeks, ahead of schedule! We are really happy with the finished product and definitely feel like we got our money's worth. I would absolutely work with Guy and Infinity Designs again. We will use his company if we decide to remodel our other bathrooms and have already recommended him to our friends and neighbors!

There was a leak behind the shower in the upstairs kid's bathroom that needed to be addressed. We decided to do a mini-remodel because the tiles had to be removed to fix the leak anyways. I got four estimates from different contractors and decided to go with Infinity. The owner, Guy, got right to the point and gave me an estimate right then and there and gave me a few suggestions. He then showed me some photos of his work which looked impressive. So I ended up going with him. As it turned out, everyone else said they'd have to get back to me and when they did, their estimates were all quite a bit more . The work began right away and the project was completed on time with no hitches. The bathroom looks great and I'm very happy with it. I'd highly recommend Infinity to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel in San Diego. Joe P.

As first-time homeowners, my fiancée and I have never needed to remodel anything before. The first thing we did was ask family and friends for suggestions, which all proved to be expensive options. After looking around on Yelp, we came across Infinity Design and Build. I sent a message via Yelp letting the owner know that I prefer to be contacted via text message, and the owner (Guy) promptly responded with a time and date of when he would be able to come out and check out the area that needs remodeling. To me, it was very important that Guy actually read my message on Yelp. Oftentimes, I find that even though I state my preference of texting over phone calls or emails, many will still give me a call. This was not the case with Guy, and it shows that all of his customers, even potential customers, are important to him. When the time came, Guy walked us through the process of remodeling and informed us of all the options we have when it comes to remodeling. As we are currently on a budget, we let him know our budget, and he was able to work out what was most important for us in terms of remodeling. We let him know our top priorities and he helped us accomplish those priorities within our budget. As one of the other posters mentioned, our project was a small one, but nonetheless, Guy gave us 100% of his attention. Throughout the project, we were constantly updated with what to expect next (what part will be worked on next, what time to expect the workers, etc) and never felt like we had a lack of communication. Throughout the process, we realized that we had purchased the wrong stove and the wrong hood. This caused Guy to have to reschedule his workers to come on a different day to get the job done. Despite this, not once did Guy seem irritated by this change in schedule! This has been such a great experience for us that we plan on going to Infinity Design and Build for all our future projects, and will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!

Amazing! We are so happy we chose Guy and the entire Infinity team! Not only is our new home absolutely gorgeous, but Guy was really great to work with. He was always easy to reach and punctual, and he thoroughly explained every step of the process. He was also really helpful when it came to picking out design elements - he knows the right places to go, and was great at finding options that he knew we would love. I also can't say enough good things about his workers. They were consistently friendly, professional, and clean. We live in a condo building, and our neighbors commented on how amazing it was that they didn't hear any noise or see any of the trash. They did a ton of work (including a complete remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, bar, and a fireplace), but the Infinity team did a remarkable job of managing the chaos. We highly, highly recommend Infinity Design.

: We just finished an incredible master bathroom remodel with Guy and his crew. We couldn't be happier with the work that they did! Met with several contractors and instantly liked Guy Cohen from Infinity Design and Build. Guy has a positive attitude he’s caring and honest and will assist with design as well if that is what you want. Guy is great. He's wonderful to work with, communicates well and attentive to details and not pushy. He took me to a showroom with so many choices off tiles, countertops, and flooring instead off all over the place. Guy communicated via text almost daily and when I reached out with questions, he responded very quickly. Replaced a garden window (yes a garden window) in the bathroom with a normal bathroom window, matched the outside stucco to a T. Replaced our ugly alligator tile in the shower, floors and countertop and designed a custom vanity; turned our old tired Rancho Bernardo Oaks North master bath into a gorgeous bathroom. Guy has great people working for him and everyone was great to work with. They have done an excellent job of trying to keep the mess to a minimum and clean the best they can at the end of each day. Francisco did an amazing tile job. We definitely will (and have) recommend Guy of Infinity Design & Build Inc 889 Date Street Suite 232, San Diego, CA 92101 to anyone for remodeling and construction.

Unfortunately, an A rating is the highest review available on Angie's List, otherwise we would have given Guy (Infinity Design and Building Inc.) and his incredible team an A+++. They just finished a master bath remodel, moved walls, took it down to the studs and turned our old tired Tierrasanta master bath into a palace. On budget and on time. Everyone was great to work with. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

Guy Cohen is right on top of the job at all times, and has quality people working for him. They started the job when they said they would and will finish before I thought possible. The work is beautiful!

First of, we’re Asians and we’re super picky :) My husband is a pretty good handyman and I am pretty detail oriented when it comes to home furnishing. We replaced our whole home's floor with laminates ourselves along with some remodeling of our second bath and laundry room. When we decided it was too much time consuming to do our kitchen, we caved in and started looking for a general contractor even though we believed we could do it ourselves. We met 3 different contractors before Guy Cohen from Infinite Design & Build Inc ([*** Link removed ***] First meeting, what separated Guy from the rest of the contractors we met was he spent almost 2 hours with us, going over some design of the kitchen. He came prepared with his past project photos along with some designs from online catalogs. That gave us a lot of ideas of what we wanted our kitchen to be. At the end of the first meeting, we already imagined what our kitchen would look like. Part of this first meeting, Guy also went over our budget allowance and came up with rough ideas of how to work with our budget. Once we decided to go with Guy, he quickly scheduled an appointment with tile shop The Rock Prefab Granite Outlet. Laura from the The Rock was super helpful. When we arrived to her shop, she already had a few sample suggestions available. We walked away, having a clearer picture of what our kitchen would look like i.e. floor, countertop, cabinet, and backsplash. The project went as smooth as we anticipated. Guy would be there everyday to sync up with us and his guys. He would welcome our daily nitpicking with a smile. As we found anything we were not satisfied with, Guy and his guys would try their best to resolve them. This was a big plus for us, confirming that we made the right decision to select Guy. We knew nothing would be smooth sailing as project would go on but we hoped to work with someone who was willing to make his/her customer happy. Guy was that guy! (bunt intended). Major reworks due to our requests: retiled some backsplash and floor tiles, created opening for microwave in cabinet, to name a few. Some of extra requests were purely our personal preferences and Guy and his guys gladly accommodated. Regarding communication, Guy was super responsive even if we happened to text him at 10pm or on the weekends. The project finished with slight delay (2 days). We did not see the delay as a problem as we knew we made quite a few extra requests along the way. Guy would have his guys work on some weekends, trying to make up time. That was much appreciated by us, knowing that would hurt his bottomline profit of the project. In summary, if you’re looking for someone whom is willing to work with you, even if you’re as picky as us, Guy is the contractor we highly recommend.

Could not be happier. Guy helped design what I wanted. He listened to my ideas and suggested a few different options. He said "It is your custom room, all are good choices." He will help as much or as little as you like. He took me to a showroom with so many choices off tiles, countertops, and flooring that it was a one stop shop for me. As promised he returns calls and text within minutes and checking in on the crew daily. I've never been ask for money prior to the work being completed. Remodeling is inconvenient, dirty and stressful. Guy has taken the stress off by being calm even when I wasn't. The crew has respected us and our home. They have done an excellent job of trying to keep the mess to a minimum and clean the best they can at the end of each day. And can I tell you, Felipe is doing an amazing tile job.

Guy is great! He's wonderful to work with, communicates well and attentive to details. His workers are excellent. They show up on time and clean up after each work! I definitely will (and had)recommend Guy to anyone for remodeling and construction. the project now is over and on time ! guy was so attentive to details. he did a walk through once it was over and made sure all the little details were perfect. he designed the project, supervised it on a daily basis, communicated with me every day and made the project run as smoothly as possible. house was cleaned once it was done and I cant be happier with guy . excellent price great communication super quality work from all the crews (cabinets ,tile, paint etc) amazing attention to details highly recommended to everyone looking for a contractor .

We just finished an incredible kitchen remodel with Guy and his crew. I couldn't be more happy with the work that they did! I would HIGHLY recommend him for remodeling! From the beginning of the job to the end, Guy was very clear with the process and was readily available and accessible every day through email, phone, or text. He was always quick to respond if we had any questions and he kept clear communication as to what to expect each day. Guy gave me a timeline and an estimate on day one and due to previous experiences I wasn't expecting it to remain accurate - but sure enough, Guy finished exactly when he promised and there were no extra surprise expenses. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations! Guy assisted us with picking the cabinets, backsplash and the granite. He is an expert in his field - creating the most beautiful combinations for the kitchen design. I truly appreciated his input because we had no idea how to choose and match everything. His crew impressed us with their extremely high quality workmanship with the install - they were punctual, clean, friendly, and dependable. Guy made this kitchen remodel project such a pleasure!
