If Its Broke is a disabled veteran owned general building maintenance company that works for both commercial and residential clients since 1999. We charge $45 per hour with a 2 hour min. and a small trip charge. There is no up-charge for materials used for your project, you pay what I pay. In fact if I can get a discount YOU will get the same discount on the materials.

Residential clients; lighting repairs and up-dates, electricial repairs, furniture assembly and the jobs you don't have the time to do, lighting repairs and perodic checks, or don't want to do yourself, painting, painting and drywall repair

The part that I had been sent was not the correct part and Bill took care of everything for me. He called the company, got the right information and drove the next day to exchange the part for me!! Exceptional service!
Within 2 days of calling my light is good as new and I have a new handyman!
