She was very professional. She was on time and her work was excellent. The house looked really nice! She had reasonable prices.

This was a huge project that spanned 9 months and we are thrilled with the results. Kim Caminos transformed an average track house with white walls and mis-matched furniture and art into a warm, comfortable, inviting, stylish model home. In retrospect, it s amazing that she was able to single-handedly coordinate all the details for such a complex project and keep it on budget and on time with such fabulous results. Things we particularly liked about working with Kim: She was on time for appointments, easy to reach, and always responded to our questions and concerns. She took the time to understand our tastes, she respected our preferences and decisions and we never felt rushed or over-ruled. She developed a comprehensive and easy-to-understand budget, kept accurate expense records, provided frequent written updates, advised when items might exceed estimates and offered smart and reasonable alternatives. She was able to visualize the finished look of a room and know which styles, materials, textures and colors would complement each other. She came up with creative ideas that never would have occurred to us, and they worked out very well. She knew which stores were best for the types of items we sought and occasionally met us in the stores to help us make selection decisions. She had pre-existing relationships with some designers and stores that resulted in significant cost-savings. She remained positive, enthusiastic and optimistic throughout the entire project that helped keep us from feeling overwhelmed. She was very sensitive to situations where my wife and I had differing opinions on certain things and she skillfully led us to reaching a consensus that satisfied everyone. Her hard work culminated in an installation day where she and 4 assistants delivered, assembled and staged all the furniture (sofas, oriental carpets, coffee and console tables, bookcases, desks, lamps, etc.), wall art (framed prints, mirrors, floating shelves, etc.), window treatments (11 windows), varied d cor, bedding, linens and other items that she had purchased on our behalf. She selectively incorporated some of our pre-existing furniture and art in very creative ways that complemented the new items. To say that we were shocked when we returned to our home would be an understatement. It was exactly what we had hoped for and we marvel every day at how nice it is. We highly recommend Kim Caminos as an interior designer, for everything from small decisions like deciding on a paint color for a room, to large comprehensive projects like ours.

The overall process was superb. There was no hurry to complete so there was plenty of time to visit stores and combine my ideas with Kimberly's guidance and creative thinking. The wallcoverings were first. Her team is very impressive and each individual is great at their own specialty especially the "handyman" at installation, custom furniture maker, blinds and draperies and interior plant service. All of the hard work payed off handsomely and is a pleasure to come home to every evening. A very professional job; thank you Kimberly and company!

We have lived in this house for over two years, but part of it has never felt like "home." Due to our busy schedule, we had put off many projects. House2Home certainly lived up to their name by helping us create a new family room with a very comfortable feel and design that helps to have a theater type of room for family and friends to watch our new big screen TV. We actually switched the living/dining room with the family room to make more room for family activities. And the new dining area is even more spacious for those special family gatherings and more accessible to the kitchen. It now feels like home and we owe it all to Kimberly for a job well done!
