Mortgage Companies
They were very fair. They kept working with me through this economic downturn until we closed last week. I feel like we did okay. We had trouble keeping up with the complexities, though. We did have a lawyer who checked on the paperwork for us, but it was difficult for a layperson to understand. They stuck to the interest rate they gave me at the beginning, which was worth the fees to me.
