My overall experience was great. They had a specialist who was there throughout the process and answered my questions. Price was fair.

At first the quote was $109 but when he got there he said the electrical box could not handle the power the fan needed because it also had a light with three bulbs, so that electrical box got installed for another charge.  Diego did a great job, he showed up on time, efficiently and neatly figured out what was necessary and got the job done.  After he left we discovered that the wall switch was not set to the fan, it was set to the old light fixture.  He came back that same day and made the switch of the wiring.  He was very polite about explaining why it had not worked (because we had not realized that the wall switch did not go to the fan) and got the work done quickly.
Although the cost was much more than we had anticipated, we had not realized the scope of the job.  We have confidence in the quality of the work that was done and the professionalism.

They told me a lot of things that should be done on my roof and the price was expensive. Two service providers had come to do an estimate and checked on my roof and said that there was nothing wrong with my roof and that it just needed a maintenance. The price Home Depot gave was over priced. They came quickly and were on time though.

The entire process went smoothly from the initial in home sales visit. The representative brought samples of all the types of shutters they could provide. The representative was very professional and personable. He measured all the windows and emailed us a detailed proposal where we knew the exact price of each window. We selected using Home Depot because we've had great experience with them in the past doing other home remodels. We took the e-mailed proposal to our local Home Depot and paid for the shutters. Within a few days we were contacted again for another measure to ensure everything would be exactly as it needed to be. Within 3 weeks the shutters were ready and the same person who did the remeasure did the install. He was detail oriented and everything looked better than we even anticipated. He cleaned any smudges that happened during the install process and then, before he left, showed us how to open and close the slats as well as the proper way to open and close the shutters. He told us that for the next 24 hours, it was OK to open the slats but that we should not open the shutters so as to allow them sufficient time to set. He also let us know that if there were any problems, they were guaranteed for 25 years. We've been quite pleased with these shutters. Also, these shutters are made in the USA.

I went into the Escondido Home Depot to get an estimate for replacing a garage door. They did sell the door we were looking at. The estimate was about $100 higher that other contractors for the same style door.

Our experience was pretty good. They're a little slow on followup on things they need to come back and touch up but they were good in general.

It came out fine. They had an issue with our locking device that wasn't put on the door and so they came back a week later and put it on, it was no big deal. They came when they said they were going to come, did the job and it was installed fine. The doors look nice and work fine. The order got messed up for the small door so they had to postpone for 2-3 days but that wasn't critical; it didn't cause any problems.

There was nothing that I did not like about their service. I just wanted it done, and I got tired of trying to go to different contract because they just did not get back to us in a reasonable amount of time. With this company, I walked in and did it. They could not believe it when I said, "Yeah, let's do it." They are installing today as a matter of fact. It was just a good experience.

It was excellent. It was right there; it was just convenient. The price was good. With regard to quality, it was dusty, dirty interior and dirty windshield. I had to wait overnight for a truck to be there. I showed up at 7 at night, and they didn't have one. I went back the next day at about 8 a.m. and they had one in stock. The punctuality wasn't good.

I have a Home Depot app and you can check if they have anything in stock. It is kind of cool.

Our overall experience with them was great. The Home Depot in Spring Valley particularly is very helpful. They have a good selection.

Their price was very high and I didn’t like their process. They charge you a fee just to have an estimator come out. If you don’t go with them, then you don’t get the estimate and you don’t even get the fee that you would have paid. I paid $50 to have them come out and we ended up not using their services since the estimate was very high. We didn’t even get a refund. Their advertisement is kind of misleading too. They say that they charge really low for labor but they have all kinds of charges when they actually give the estimate. If you want the deposit back, then you have to use their services. Most people provide a free estimate. So that was a very bad experience that I had. I wouldn’t use their services again.

the price was the best I could find and it was on a "special purchase" display section behind where the associates sit. It ended up costing about $27.00 a yard but I priced the same quality in several different stores and the carpet stores just could not come close to this price. It was a top manufacturer of carpet and was even $10. a yard less expensive than what Home Depot normally charges for this grade of carpet. It pays to shop around and ask to see the specials and sign up for the movers coupon which gave us an additional 10% off up to $200. max. When I was on the fence about making the purchase they checked to see if they could get a better price since it was such a large quanity of the same color and came back with a savings of approx $1.40 more per yard.

Very professional and friendly installers from JW flooring did the job. Took them about 6 hours with cleanup.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman gave 10% off without asking, suggested what accessories to get and avoid, and arranged very early installation. Would take at least a week longer to install elsewhere, perhaps at higher price.

It was a wonderful experience, it couldn't have been any better. The installer was outstanding, and a lot of personal attention was paid to my home. We felt really good about the quality of the work when it was done and the clean up was great too.

Everything went well, the Home Depot man showing up on time and quickly did the required measuring. Next, I went to the Depot to choose the carpeting and was very well assisted by a young woman (alas, I can't recall her name), who made suggestions as to type and color of the carpeting. I had told her I was redecorating in preparation for selling the condo and she immediately know what I should buy. I was contacted by the Depot's application firm, as I was told I would be. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and worked a very long day, finishing about 9 p.m. It was very hard work, involving moving a lot of furniture, some of it out onto the balcony. I was pleased that they decided (on their own) to stay late rather than leaving everything scattered around and returning the following morning. I was very pleased with everything about this installation, including the very hard work done by the good-natured crew. (I've used HD before, having had them lay carpet and install horizontal venetian blinds in 1996. The Sports Arena store has always been a pleasure to deal with (with 1 personnel exception: see my blinds report.)

When I came back from my trip I found a 3rd incorrect package. The man who was installing my blinds called them to try and get the right hardware. I keep having to pay the installer to come out and then he can't install the blinds.

They went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. They were clean and the price was reasonable as well. They arrived on time and were professional the whole time. I was very pleased.

He gave a lot of attention to detail. I really like how he took his time to show me several options and styles to choose from. There was just so much to decide on, but he walked me through the whole process. He really aimed to please.

It was very easy to have them do the work when I was not there. They were dependable in that aspect and had done a fabulous job by the time that I got back. They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them to other people.

THE EMPLOYEES, AT THE STORE, WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME THE DIFFERENT COLOR SCREEN MATERIAL THAT COULD BE USED. 'TOM' SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENT SIZES THAT WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE SCREEN FRAME AND HELPED ME CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY EXISTING WINDOWS. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE ON TIME AND VERY WELL. THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
