I was once told “if you don’t know jewelry you had better know your jeweler”. Victor and his wife and family are wonderful people. I always get quality service at a very fair price. The only jeweler I would ever need.

I worked with Victor, the owner, and he was extremely gracious and listened to the type of design I wanted for my ring. After the initial visit, he called me a week later, to take a look at the preliminary design and get final approval.
I was extremely happy with the final product and loved what he did. The price was very fair and I definitely will return. I noticed while I was in his shop, customers who came in and expressed their satisfaction with his work.
I also like the fact that I am supporting a family company, with a great reputation.

We initially walked in and asked for information. We mentioned we were getting married, and needed Wedding Bands. We were offered consultation, information, and details, in follow-up to our questions. After this visit we made up our mind that this was the place for our important life time purchase.
Three things come to mind, being treated like a neighbor. Expertise in the important jewelery marketplace, and service that all providers should have.

I contacted Victor, the jeweler via Angie's email service with an indication of my repair needs. He responded early the next morning and as a result I visited the store. He was very personable and professional, On my initial visit I had him restring a stone Tibetan necklace. It was well done and as a result I had him resize two family heirloom rings. I was also pleased with the service. Overall the work was done on time as promised and he was very professional. I will use his repair service in the future and based upon my visit to his store, I will consider shopping for jewelery when the need arises.
I think the prices he charged were very fair although I did not shop around so have no comparision.

They are wonderful. They were the most wonderful people. He lasered it together, and you can't even tell. It is a family-owned jewelry store. They had it done hours before they said they would. It is very rare to get that kind of experience.

Excellent, and very fast, was done in one day, and they are courteous, fair and took more things in for repairs that I dug out of my treasure chest.

I have used Victor's services for years for jewelry repair, appraisal, design and purchase. He is honest - I never worry that the stones on my jewelry will be switched for inferior ones as I do at other jewelers - very competent and efficient and is a talented jewelry designer. I recommend him very highly.

I have known Victor and his work for years and have gone to him both for jewelry repair and purchases. He has a very warm and gentle personality and is able to tune in to what it is that you are asking for right away. He has no hesitation about attempting any repair but is also honest about possible outcomes. His prices are always fair and I have never felt taken advantage of. I have also never felt the slightest qualms about leaving a piece of jewelry there for fear he'll switch the stone or perform any other despicable act, as I have heard that other local jewelers have done. I trust him completely to do what he says he will, honestly, for the best price and in a timely fashion. His reputation in the neighborhood also reflects this. All in all, this appraisal experience was no different than any other of my transactions with him and it was a pleasure to have the whole experience go so smoothly and come out so well. (I might add that I was kind of difficult in leaving things with him.
