I think I covered it all above, but he came from his regularly scheduled job to meet with the inspector and ask about items that were not correct that I didn't understand.  There are no don'ts with this man.  Holmes on Homes would stand and applaud his work ethic and the qualitly of the jobs he does.

Fritz is a very fine contractor. He came to my rescue, and I could not say enough good things about him. He deserves the best recognition that is out there. He is been fantastic to work with and has resolved all of the problems. He is a responsible and professional electrician. He corrected problems that weren't caused by him. Update 9/13/2010: It was just spectacular. I found them because there's a whole family of brothers who are in different aspects of construction. One of the brothers does this particular company. He usually does high-end stuff, but because I am sort of across the street from one of his brothers, and because they saw what happened when the previous contractor left me in this nightmare, I was able to use this company. He spent about three hours making pages of notes. He was so angry about the situation that he would do the work, even though he was very busy. He was great.
