Hearth & Home Chem-Dry

This site advertises Hearth and Home, but a substandard company called San Diego City ChemDry shows up and are horrible people. They damaged my mom's ceiling telling us that the roof was leaking and they would fix it for $450 but lowered it to $375. Their fix was to put 1 blower in the room for the #375 and I could have easily done that for $50 by purchasing a fan from Home Depot. ChemDry Corporation will not help resolve the issue. They said he went "outside the scope" of his duties and they have nothing to do with his franchise (even though he represents ChemDry). Rob has a filthy mouth telling me that my 99 yr old mom and I were "welfare people trying to set my company up to get a free ceiling" and also called me a b****. Such professionalism. Beware of Hearth and Home and San Diego City ChemDry because the upcharge without your knowledge and forces the payment in the end. They will damage your home and not take accountability. I have read other reviews stating the same about him being rude and overtalking you. When I addressed the damaged ceiling he started screaming at me and cussed me out. He over talks you and insults you. Told me he had "Mexican family and friends who will fix the ceiling." He touched the panel and said that he will go get a replacement. Walked out the door and never came back to fix it with his "Mexican family."

Hearth and Home Chem-Dry did an excellent job. The carpets look better than ever. They were professional, friendly and efficient. This was the second time I used their services and I will use them again.

They were awesome. We called them yesterday (Memorial Day) and they actually offered to come out that day even though it was a holiday. We had them come today and they did a great job. They were very polite, very clean, and very professional. Their price was also very reasonable.
