All the workers that came out had a great sense of humor and were a delight to be around. They did a wonderful job of getting everything done, even though I think they are a little over-priced. They finished very quickly and did a wonderful cleanup.

I have no complaints with the service I received from Heald. They were able to figure out the problem in a timely fashion. They had it repaired in about two hours and we haven't had a problem since.

He was very professional. He did a great job, and went out of his way to help me. I thought the prices were high, but he did a lot of repairs to the sprinkler system.

The company rep came with a days notice and found the valves to be leaking slightly, but otherwise operable. With about 10 minutes investigation he found that a shut off valve for the front circuits in an underground valve box had been turned off (probably by a contractor who had been doing some work at the front of the house). I asked him for the charge but he said it would be no charge. When we complete a future re-landscape of the grounds I plan to use Heald to upgrade the irrigation system.

Greg handles his own jobs personally ... He gets right out to you if there is an emergency and works fast for reasonable prices!
