Tony and Omar did an absolutely amazing job. They are both polite, courteous and professional. They showed up right on time and got the job completed the same day. I had them mount a TV and the speakers for a 5.1 surround system. Having a surround system installed is not an easy job, it requires crawling around in a small and hot attic and the precision to get the wires through the walls to the exact location where the speakers are to be mounted. 
I think they could have done better on the drywall patching, in my case it wasn't a big deal since they were able to use the garage so I don't care about the aesthetics in there too much. Also they left pencil marks on the wall behind the TV, again not a big deal since it is not really visible.
When looking for a company to mount your TV or surround sound system keep in mind that whoever you choose will most likely be cutting holes in your drywall, crawling around in your attic and doing some minor surgery on your house. Make sure you choose a company that knows what they are doing. I can't say enough good things about HD Hookups. I will definitely be using them for any other wiring projects I might have in the future.

Did a real nice job. Although, he arrived a bit late he called in advance to let me know he would be late. He was knowledgable and able to fix differnt devices and TVs fairly quickly.

Both guys were professional and easy going. They had a mount on hand and charged me a decent price for it. Overall, I was pleased with their work and they cleaned up their work nicely.

It was just a young guy. I don't know if it's his company. He just got to business. The one thing I liked about him is that he didn't just sit down and program our remote. He spent some time analyzing our whole setup. He turned on the tv. He turned on the computer. I got out all the remotes to the stuff. He just checked to see what kind of stuff we had feeding through our receiver. He just took some time to make sure that what he was going to do was going to work. He analyzed everything. We have a dvd recorder and he actually took some time to figure out what was the problem with that before he ever sat down and got his laptop out and programmed the universal remote. The other thing is that I asked him if there was any tweaking that needs to be done or if I have a question, he said no problem call him anytime. The whole that he was sitting there, he was getting phone calls. He did answer a couple of them but just short and sweet. I know that people are talking to him. He was very present and answered questions. Everything's been working very well since then. We even are toying with the idea at some point of getting a bigger tv installed above our fireplace, so we talked about that. He took the time to answer my questions. He was professional. He wasn't rushed. He took his time. He was thorough. He really wanted me to write a review on Yelp, which I really hand it to these people who take time to write these reviews because who has time for that these days. I'd rather just talk to somebody and tell you my review. He gave me the choice between two different remotes, the cheaper one or the most expensive one. We talked about the options. He didn't pressure me to get the most expensive one.
As a follow up, there were a few prompts that were missing on the remote and I made an appointment to have him come out and correct the omissions and  perform another service of installing electronic "eyes" that help relay the remote signal.  He came and seemed very stressed, he wasn't very accommodating and argued with me about what I was asking him to do. When I mentioned that he was starting to irritate me and that he wasn't listening to me, he became incensed and suddenly had to leave without completing the job.  Said he would call in two weeks, never heard back from him.  Very disappointing. I think he was having a bad day and I'll forgive his rudeness, but it would have been nice to get a followup call to come back and finish.

Diego is a busy guy and we played phone tag once in a while, part of that was my fault as well.  However, he persisted and eventually he came to my house and installed a new receiver, RF "eyes", HDMI cable, reprogrammed the universal remote, also tying my iPod, iPad, to the new receiver. Whatever snafu with the communication before has been rectified and the office is responsive and professional.   I would definitely use him again.  We obtained and additional bid from another company that was off the charts expensive.  I think Diego and HD Hookups bids are fair. 

I don’t think they were the cheapest company.  To tell you the truth I think I was expecting to pay like $700 from their description. But knowing full well that I had a pair of extra speakers, I knew they probably wanted to charge me more.  So there was a little bit of an up charge but it was not an unexpected thing for me. On the good side I think they did a good job of concealing the cables.  I will use them in the future.
