Our family has used Harbour Hardwoods on three separate occasions and has had a wonderful experience each time. We hired
Harbour Hardwood four years ago to replace ceramic wood-faux tile in our living room, kitchen and bedrooms. After looking at numerous wood styles and colors, Etienne, the owner of Harbour Hardwood, recommended reclaimed teak. He also suggested installing the planking on a diagonal, creating a flow to the flooring that visually widened the narrow rooms. We were/are very pleased with the result.
The job was completed on time and the crew was very careful to keep the work area clean, especially during the demolition phase, and turned the house over ?dust free?.
Our daughter also hired Harbour to refinish her existing hardwood floors and they now look better than when they were new.
Last month when we decided to replace the carpeting in the loft, our first and only call was to Harbour Hardwood. They pre-finished the flooring off-site, to eliminate sanding and dust inside our home. Plastic sheeting was installed floor to ceiling to enclose the loft for the minimal sanding needed to perform the final finish. Excellent.
